1979 graduate of Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine. He has 39 years of practical experience in small animal medicine. He believes that a simple step and wise approach to diagnostics and treatment of small animals is the most efficient way to achieve the best and cost effective cure. He also performs a number of small animal surgical procedures.

John Kasper, DVM
Graduated with BS in Animal Science from Texas A&M in 1997 and also DVM in 2003. Associate Veterinarian at HEMI 2004-2015. Attended Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is in the process of completing requirements to become a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. Specializes in small animal medicine and surgery, Equine Reproduction, medicine and herd healthcare, small animal and equine acupuncture. Married to a wonderful wife and has three kids.

Mark Eslick, DVM
Originally from Florida, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as her four dogs- Whiskey, Bourbon, Sophia, and Delilah.
Has been a associate with Kasper & Rigby since 1998 and also holds a Veterinary Technicians Certification. In her time away from the clinic Kristina enjoys time with her husband, Tyler and her son, Cooper.
Maddi grew up in the Magnolia area and is now in school studying Nutrition. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Willow.
